By Agency is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, providing digital services including website design and development, n8n automation, AI design, video production, content writing, and social media campaigns.

2. Use of Services

• Services may only be used for lawful purposes.
• You must not engage in illegal, harmful, or unfair activities.
• By Agency reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time.

3. Payment and Fees

• Service fees are agreed upon before work begins.
• Subscription services (such as Music Campaigns) are billed monthly via Stripe.
• One-time project fees are scoped and agreed upon in advance.
• Late payments may result in pausing of services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for the current billing period.
• For project-based work, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
• By Agency reserves the right to cancel a service due to technical or unforeseen reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables provided by By Agency become the property of the client upon full payment.
• By Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• By Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
• In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website.
